All eyes are on Obama in Iraq carefully waiting for a mistake or a gaffe expecting that he might be as ignorant as Mccain, now we all know that people can make mistakes, when they are tired from “campaignin” but when it becomes a series of mistakes then we can easily say that this is a REAL problem IN the candidate, I wont have to remind you of the many many gaffes by Mccain one of those ones that really made me laugh is the Sunna Shia error while he was in Iraq and he was corrected by Liebermann.
Now I can hear some of you shouting towards the screen saying that also Obama had gaffes while in the primaries, such as 57 states bit, well look at the percentage between those two guys and DECIDE.
As I said while all the eyes are on Obama, the first foreign policy gaffe was OWNED by Mr. John Mccain.
But is this being covered by the mainstream media, really doubt any of them shed any light on this issue. The media are so hooked on Obama, what he says what he does where he goes, is he moving to the center, who will be his vice president, is he this is he that and during allllll this Mccain is having a free ride. The only shows that I guess will show this clip is The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and Countdown with Keith Olbermann. Both cable shows

I was watching Countdown, and Rachel Maddow is doing a great job while Keith Olbermann is on vacation, anyway, the segment am talking about here is when Rachel showed clips that goes back to 2003 showing how Mccain was always a big supporter of Bush on the Iraq war and not what he claims now that he did disagree with him before. Why do these politicians lie like that don’t they know that there is Internet and people can easily find out the truth? Or are they still thinking that this thing called Internet is a new invention and not many people have access?!

I came to know about this from a video made by Congressman Ron Paul, he was talking about a US House of Representatives Resolution (H.CON.RES 362) that requires a naval blockade on Iran. I later came to know that it has been pushed by the American Pro-Israel Lobby. It asks from Bush to stop all shipments of refined petroleum products from reaching Iran. It also “demands” that the President impose “stringent inspection requirements on all persons, vehicles, ships, planes, trains and cargo entering or departing Iran.”
This resolution has quickly attracted 146 co-sponsors and counting, this is an old number it is higher now, I think maybe 220. So the analysts have said that this will need a US naval blockade in the Strait of Hormuz. And by the way, in the senate a same kind of resolution have been introduced (S.RES 580) and have gained co-sponsors as fast its sister. If you still do not understand, to fully understand this, I can’t find anybody better than Ron Paul to explain it here it is:
Ron Paul have talked about it in the U.S. House of Representatives the next day after creating the above video:
After all this, do you still think there is no war coming ?!

According to the New York Times only an average of two minutes is being spent by the American Networks such as CBS, ABC and NBC. Those networks are also not telling the public the number of Iraqis killed since the US invasion (which is around a million until now) or the number of Iraqis being displaced (which is around Five Millions until now). The Real News Network sums all this in one very informative video by their analyst Pepe Escobar. I think the part were Lara Logan speaks to Jon Stewart is just amazing.
Here is the FULL Lara Logan interview on the Daily Show with Jon Stewart:

I am not a pro political analyst, but just three headlines I read today made me believe that the Iran War is coming near and looks like its just matter of time. No one on this earth wants a war, except Israel I guess.
The first thing I heard was the announcement from the British Embassy that the risk of a terrorist attack in UAE is High. Then I saw Bush and Brown in a joint press conference where Bush said that although he hopes to settle Iran’s nuclear standoff through diplomacy he will not rule out the use of force. He said “I would like to say one thing about the Iranian demand for civilian nuclear power, it is a justifiable demand,” but he did repeatedly vow to keep the military option on the table by stating “consequences of a nuclear-armed Iran are such that military strikes are justified, whether a smoking gun is found or not”.
Brown echoed the same message, stating that an action will be taken against Iran, “Today Britain will urge Europe, and Europe will agree to take further sanctions against Iran, We will take action today that will freeze the overseas assets of the biggest bank in Iran, the Melli bank, and secondly action will start today for a new phase of sanctions on oil and gas”.
The third headline that made it so clear, crystal clear, its the news that Iran withdrew 75 Billion dollars from Europe yes I know how you feel
. Basically Iran withdrew the 75 Billion dollars from Europe to prevent the assets getting blocked under the new sanctions.
I do not know what other news today or this week gave other clues, but those are the three news items that made me think this way. I might be mistaken, well actually I wish I am mistaken, we do not need more wars.

Many videos out there on Youtube and other video hosting websites that attacks and exposes John Mccain, videos that shows how uneducated he is in economics and videos that show how he lied again and again about Iraq and how he wants to attack Iran. This video you are about to watch is really good, it shocked me by the end, it was created by a Ron Paul supporter back in February 2008.

I don’t know what to say, this is THE BEST special comment I have ever heard from Keith Olbermann, day after day those special comments get bigger and better.
Olbermann denounces President Bush for suggesting that electing a Democrat as president means “another attack on the United States”, he also questioned his claim of giving up golf out of empathy for fallen U.S. soldiers.

Today the 15th of May is the Nakba day, today is the 60th year of the Nakba, for those who do not know Nakba means “The Catastrophe”. On the 15th of May 1948, 60 years ago, Israel which was a newly created state committed ethnic
cleansing in Palestine, destroyed hundreds of villages and exiled hundreds of thousands of Palestinians. Now those refugees are in millions and Israel still deny them their right of return. They are the oldest and largest refugee population who are still waiting a resolution.
I didn’t live it, my father did not live it, we both heard of it, we both listened to thousands of stories, and saw many many documentaries but we could not describe how it was or what it felt like. Actually my father experienced another big event in Palestine, it happened in 1967 and it is called Al-Naksa which means “The Setback”, its the six days war, its when Israel occupied East Jerusalem, the West Bank and the Gaza strip.
Now, I am 32 years old and lived in Dubai all my life, but since I was young and still until today my father keeps reminding us of Palestine, keeps telling me how people used to be, how neighbors used to act, and how that everybody always found happiness in the middle of darkness, pain and suffering. How people helped each other and how people generally used to be nice and kind, he didn’t say that there were no bad people, we are still on earth but he always said that majority of people used to be nicer more caring and more respectful than now, people back then understood the real meaning of things, they understood the real meaning of friendships the real meaning of family, people will always help each other always.
He always tells me how things were simpler back then, how people’s needs were so basic, but he also tells me how his father used to work so hard, how all men had to work hard to bring food on the table, but the story that I guess is imprinted in his mind and he will never ever forget is his story on how when he was 16 years old he woke up on the summer of 1967 finding himself in a ghost neighborhood, all his neighbors are not in their homes, empty homes, empty village.
His father was on a business trip and was not in the house, so he took his six years old little brother and ran to find others running too, it was quickly understood what was happening, he kept running until he reached a farms area and there the Israeli planes started bombing, so he started seeing dead bodies on the way and people dying in front of his and his little brother’s eyes, he keeps telling me how lucky they were that they were between hits, while they were running the Israeli aircrafts would fly low and hit and fly up again and so on all the way until they reached a high fence, he quickly threw his brother, yes he physically threw him to the other side and then he climbed and went to the other side himself. Still they had to keep walking, not only them but a huge number of people they walked and walked seeing people crying, shouting, injured, and dead. He saw a father with his kids crying over the body of the mother, he heard people crying asking for help, he saw women mourning their husbands, sons, and daughters.
His little brother is tired, he carried him, and kept walking, carefully moving, until after hours they reached the Jordanian borders and after passing the border and on his way to Amman he suddenly saw his uncle driving a truck, so he drove them to Amman to meet with his father later that day.
I always have asked him to write his experience, he keeps telling me “There are no words to describe it, as much as you try, there are simply no words”.
So in the end I would like to say one thing more, Israel thinks that we will forget, that time will make us believe the lie that is Israel. We all say no, we will never forget, and those are not just words, those are facts, we never forgot, and we will never forget, Israel might fool mislead misinformed Americans and Europeans, but not us. We have the history, generation after generation we will talk and we will tell, our brothers and sisters, our sons and daughters, WE WILL TELL.
Palestine I never saw you, but my heart beats for you, you are the reason, you are the dream, and I will see you, this darkness will go and this sadness I feel will leave and I will see you LIBERATED soon.
