Well this is not a sure thing, but many many journalists and media sources are either directly or indirectly hinting that Obama might announce his choice for Vice President before the Olympics, the reason for choosing this time is that the media will be focused on the Olympics and the only other time to do that is on the convention. So to take the attention of the media a number of journalists are predicting that it would be on Wednesday, some even predict who it will be, and the name I am reading and hearing a lot these past few days is Evan Bayh the Indiana Senator.
Although I have been following the news carefully on TV, Newspapers and Online Political Blogs, nothing was as accurate and as straightforward as the article I read on the Huffington Post on the 4th of August where Bil Browning states why he predicts that Obama will be announcing his VP on Wednesday and why it will be Bayh. I think the most powerful reason he states is when he wrote:
“I just got an invite from the Obama campaign to attend an appearance on Wednesday that isn’t on Obama’s official calendar. Why not? The campaign said, “I can’t tell you what the event is about, but we want to make sure you have a ticket so you can cover it for the Bilerico Project. We want Bilerico Project to be there for this one.”"
I think Evan Bayh is a good choice for many reasons, and a bad choice for many many reasons too. One of the most obvious reasons why he might be a good choice is ofcourse the chance in turning Indiana blue in November, another reason could be that he was a Clinton supporter, but I think one of many reasons why he is a bad choice is the fact that he was PRO-WAR, and he is a Conservative who was an honorary co-chair of the neocon pro-war Committee For the Liberation of Iraq, with McCain !?!?! Many might debate how Conservative bayh is, but in the end of the day he is a conservative who was with McCain in the Iraq Liberation Committee, what can be said more than that?
So although the scenario depicted by the media is PERFECT and MAKES SENSE, the CHOICE is sort of BAD. Just saying… lets wait and see.

All eyes are on Obama in Iraq carefully waiting for a mistake or a gaffe expecting that he might be as ignorant as Mccain, now we all know that people can make mistakes, when they are tired from “campaignin” but when it becomes a series of mistakes then we can easily say that this is a REAL problem IN the candidate, I wont have to remind you of the many many gaffes by Mccain one of those ones that really made me laugh is the Sunna Shia error while he was in Iraq and he was corrected by Liebermann.
Now I can hear some of you shouting towards the screen saying that also Obama had gaffes while in the primaries, such as 57 states bit, well look at the percentage between those two guys and DECIDE.
As I said while all the eyes are on Obama, the first foreign policy gaffe was OWNED by Mr. John Mccain.
But is this being covered by the mainstream media, really doubt any of them shed any light on this issue. The media are so hooked on Obama, what he says what he does where he goes, is he moving to the center, who will be his vice president, is he this is he that and during allllll this Mccain is having a free ride. The only shows that I guess will show this clip is The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and Countdown with Keith Olbermann. Both cable shows

The star of “Nation of Whiners” Phil Gramm who is a former U.S Senator and Lawmaker from Texas who is also a past presidential candidate have stepped down from his role as a co-chairman for Mccain’s Campaign. This is after his controversial comments on the economy and calling USA a “Nation of Whiners”.
Here is the clip of Phil Gramm’s “Nation of Whiners”:
Here is how the story broke on Countdown, actually it was 2 minutes before the start of Countdown on AP:

I was watching Countdown, and Rachel Maddow is doing a great job while Keith Olbermann is on vacation, anyway, the segment am talking about here is when Rachel showed clips that goes back to 2003 showing how Mccain was always a big supporter of Bush on the Iraq war and not what he claims now that he did disagree with him before. Why do these politicians lie like that don’t they know that there is Internet and people can easily find out the truth? Or are they still thinking that this thing called Internet is a new invention and not many people have access?!

I came to know about this from a video made by Congressman Ron Paul, he was talking about a US House of Representatives Resolution (H.CON.RES 362) that requires a naval blockade on Iran. I later came to know that it has been pushed by the American Pro-Israel Lobby. It asks from Bush to stop all shipments of refined petroleum products from reaching Iran. It also “demands” that the President impose “stringent inspection requirements on all persons, vehicles, ships, planes, trains and cargo entering or departing Iran.”
This resolution has quickly attracted 146 co-sponsors and counting, this is an old number it is higher now, I think maybe 220. So the analysts have said that this will need a US naval blockade in the Strait of Hormuz. And by the way, in the senate a same kind of resolution have been introduced (S.RES 580) and have gained co-sponsors as fast its sister. If you still do not understand, to fully understand this, I can’t find anybody better than Ron Paul to explain it here it is:
Ron Paul have talked about it in the U.S. House of Representatives the next day after creating the above video:
After all this, do you still think there is no war coming ?!

To those who do not know, Charlie Black who is John McCain’s chief advisor had said earlier that a terrorist attack on USA would create a big advantage for McCain. Richard Clarke appeared on Countdown with Keith Olbermann and said that Charlie Black’s comments are “politics of fear” and advised McCain to fire him immediately “Charlie Black ought to be gone tomorrow morning.”

I do not know why is this site launching now, it should have been launched since January this year, but it seems they wanted it to be focused on smears coming from the republicans.
Obama and his wife have been heavily attacked from all sides, and most attacks are backed with lies lies lies. I am not saying that Barack Obama is perfect, nobody is perfect but at least when you want to attack your opponent try to back it with some facts.

I was trying to find a video that would summarize the primaries, showing the highlights of what happened during the five months. Yesterday I was watching COUNTDOWN and was amazed on how they made a video of just what I was thinking. The way they combined events was clever and funny in sometimes. Watch……

We know she cant do it, the media know it, The experts know it, she knows it. It is not doable, she is waiting for a miracle, she is waiting for some unusual big thing to happen, because now even if she is asking to seat Florida and Michigan delegates she still wont get it.
She is so desperate her website now directly redirects to the donations page!! I donno who in his right mind would bid on a broken horse? She is still in it, til the end.
I know, you are sick of this, I am not an American and I cant vote and and and ……. and I am pissed that this thing is still going on. I find it weird, very weird that she is still not dropping out.
People ask me why I follow the American elections, and I tell them, have you seen what happened in the past 8 years ?!
Although I hate to admit it, the world, and I mean the WORLD is effected by who gets to be the president of USA.
The WORLD does not need this kind of president:
The WORLD needs a smart, well educated, DEMOCRATIC President. A President that knows when to use diplomacy effectively, and how to solve problems without quickly reaching to military action.
So we know that Hillary is old news, we know she is playing in the injury time, and she cant do anything.
So my advice to all who are refreshing reddit over and over and over again, and to all who is visiting all sort of news sites, blogs, to all who has the TV fixed on a news channel, don’t wait, don’t waste your time, it wont happen. Not now, maybe when all the states vote, maybe, but who knows maybe she will fight all the way. And by doing that she is hurting herself and her party.
